Domestic shipping is free for orders over $60!

Shipping is calculated at checkout. No matter where you are in the USA, shipping is $7.99 for USPS First Class Mail.

We do our best to get your products to you in a timely manner. Olea products ship within 48 hours from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week. Our vendor will ship directly to you. USPS delivers shipments in 4-10 business days. You will to notified of any delays.

Due to manufacturing time, select products may incur a longer delivery time of up to 4 weeks. Imported products that require longer delivery will be noted in product description.

For international orders, USPS shipments may take up to 15-21 business days.

If you are in the USA and it's been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are overseas and it’s been over 25 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thank you for your patience!

A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Olea is not responsible for any associated fees.

Here at Olea, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order please email us at hello@olea.kitchen and we will make things right!

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days we'll issue a full refund in the form of the original payment with proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, returns and exchanges without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Please note all sale items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, incorrect item was shipped, or customer received duplicate shipments.

Instead of returning items, please contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. Contact us with what went wrong along with a picture, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Send us a message letting us know what went wrong along with a picture. We will ship out a replacement the following business day.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently not offering expedited shipping. Please note - most products arrive by USPS within 4-7 business days, but shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.

We guarantee the quality of our products and do our best to offer products that are safer for you and the planet. That's why you won't find products made of plastic, nylon, or other materials with potential toxins. All Olea Kitchen products are made of glass, food grade silicone, stainless steel, metals, or ceramic materials.

Every small step helps, that's why we do our best to be eco-conscious by 1. Only using high-quality materials. 2. Not using additional materials for branded packaging, tags, and the like. We decided we'd rather save trees than spend dollars and hours on branded packaging that will end up in the garbage 3. We (mostly) do not accept physical returns, as each return has a carbon footprint. Although we DO kindly offer a full refund and ask you donate your unwanted product to a local charity or recycle it.
